Many, many, many, many moons ago, I achieved 135. Looked good. Dropped to 130. Looked good. Actually made it to 125 - and looked starved. These days, I'd be ecstatic if I could get to 150. Sad

I am 5'4" and my goal is 157 (163 now). I got down to 148 before and lose all my butt lol. I know I could work this or work that but with how I am built, the lower # doesn't look as good on me.

I have a small frame, and at 5'2 all the charts say I should weigh around 110 on average. That is my goal, my meds put water weight on me severely, and I mean extreme. I think I am around 155 without edema, bc of when I was on prescribed diuretics. I am 179-180 if scales are right. so I've around 45-50lbs of fat and 20- 30 of water to lose.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once a week. I get hooked on things easily, and so I steer clear of getting my mind wrapped around the number on the scale!
