Jamiecol111, I tried it under settings and on the exercise screen using apps and devices. It will let me click on Fitbit then Continue but continuing to Fitbit site causes it to stop working. Since Fitbit does not list Fatsecret as a compatible app, I think it just won't work. Thank you for the suggestion. I am growing accustomed to manually inputting my exercise and have been surprised at how well that is working.

I figured out a work around, which is to create an exercise called FITBIT and then say it is 24 hours at whatever the fitbit total was for the day I am logging.
Every day is a new day.

Hi everyone. I found a pretty good hack for fixing the inconsistent exercise syncing between Fitbit and FatSecret. As noted above, Fitmess is gone and the FatSecret sync with Fitbit only works about half the time. If FatSecret does not sync up and credit you for all the calories you burned on Fitbit, go to the FatSecret APP (not the website), click MORE, and then Diet Calendar. Click the calorie burn that is underreported and then click the plus sign to add additional exercise to bring you up to the Fitbit total for the day, I use the brisk walking exercise because that's typically what I actually do. Good luck!

FatSecret says: still cyncronising the data, come back in a few minutes.
But this message is not dissapearing, ever.

Someone with the same problem?

Has this been solved? I linked them both but this is all I get Mad

Currently sending all fitbit data to google fit then to fatsecret but the data is off a little.

Since Monday, my calories burned are right on from Fitbit to Fatsecret. I used Draglist's advice to mate the two programs/apps (Thanks, Buddy!!). I don't want to mess with the link because it's been working.

My guess is you have to have the tracker set to All-Day sync. It doesn't take that much more battery power than periodic syncing, and personally it wouldn't bother me anyway as I have a 40 minute commute to/from work. When my wristband is dying, I can charge it in the car.
