Hi everyone. I am fairly new and have a question. I would like to record my steps every day but all I can find in "walking" is to record how many hours I walk. I really can't calculate the hours because I am walking and sitting throughout the day at my job. Is there anyway I can just either record my steps or miles walked?
Thanks for any help.

Get a Fitbit (or reasonable facsimile) or your phone may have an option to count your steps.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once a week. I get hooked on things easily, and so I steer clear of getting my mind wrapped around the number on the scale!
