My scale continues to be unable to hold still long enough for me to get an accurate reading. (Sigh) However, I can get a general idea of my weight but it’s frustrating.
Anyone have a good scale you can recommend? It needs to be accurate up to at least 350# but 400# would be better. I prefer one with out batteries.
I have also decided to look into the Keto diet. It looks like a lot of people do well with it.

Hi! I got mine on amazon. While it does take batteries, mine have lasted for over a year. I prefer digital as easier for me to read. Hope this helps and good luck finding one you like.
