140, was at 135 and goal was to go up actually since I am a strength athlete, but now that I am here, it freaks me out a little to see that number. Looking at everyone's BW and it's clear ALL Bodies are different! I think as long as we are healthy and feel good, the number is secondary. High five for all of your hard work and dedication. Why aren't desserts good for us? Blah.

I know, and why is it that the prettier the food is, the uglier it is to our bodies?

Well, my first goal is 170 and then we'll go from there to see how much more I want to lose. Right now, I feel like I do not want to go below 145. I was happy at 165 before.

My goal weight is 140-145. And let me just say, menopause isn't helping!

I'd like to see 130 as I am 5'2" but I'd be happy getting to 140. Doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon though as I'm standing here going through a night sweat at 8AM! PS - I'll be 46 in May.

I have been really heavy in the past, at 277 lbs. I was able to get down to 170 lbs and felt really good about it. I have since gained 20-25 lbs. I'd like to get down to 150-155. I am 5'4".

I'm presently at 140 looking to get to between 125-130. For me, it's all about the stomach more than a number. After quitting smoking and menopause it's the only area that the calories go to.

I am 5'4" , 175 pounds and 46 yrs old. At first my goal weight was around 160 now I am considering maybe 150 for health reasons. Hypothyroidism make it harder to lose weight bec of slow metabolism.

I'm 5'4.5" (gotta have that half inch)
I'd be very very happy with 160, but I think at this point, my goal would be 135

Counting Steps
I count them as minutes walking, so 100 steps per minute and I class them as at a slow pace because I am walking at normal speed around and office complex. When I walk I do it briskly at about 3.5 mph
