The Jlo to Hoda 10 day no carb challenge

So I have challenged 4 people to this. It is different from the Jlo/Hoda gig. We can have caffeine, I put that right back in, my drug of choice is coffee, I admit it is an addiction. As far as no carb or low carb, my suggestion is LESS carb. For my daughter, I suggested more vegetables, except for potatoes, corn, and peas, no sugar, and no flour. For her guy, just giving up Pepsi will be his challenge. He eats pretty healthy otherwise, but no after supper snacking either. My 2 co-worker that I challenged, I didn’t give them any rules, just the challenge. They will figure it out. I checked out the “floss”. I have my work cut out for me, I was doing it all wrong.

MerJoGreeson, I officially challenge you for 10 days to eat no/low/less carbs. 1 for the money, 2 for show, 3 to get ready, and 4 to go! Since you are already dancing this morning, I predict that you will still be dancing 💃 in 10 days! I also invited my son and his girlfriend. They have not accepted. Do you think they’re scared? Or just afraid to see me floss? Monday, Monday, Monday, here we go!
