Hi HD, You can enter a custom exercise by putting the number of steps in the title and kcals & time in.

I count them as minutes walking, so 100 steps per minute and I class them as at a slow pace because I am walking at normal speed around and office complex. When I walk I do it briskly at about 3.5 mph
