tracking using this app is great for a while to learn good habits but its not a lifetime requirement and not necessary once you change your lifestyle.

just reached 6 years of my original goal and been about 14lbs below that for the last 4.5 years and never put any back on...……...stopped tracking about 3.5-4 years ago I reckon

Very nice! It will probably be something I always do because I plan to bulk after this cut and cut again. Rinse and repeat but for people who have a goal weight and just want to maintain, this is totally doable after getting to know how much they should be eating via this app/website.
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.

Hi Diablo, just popped in for a looksee Smile

of course if you are actively looking to change your body composition its a great tool and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to reduce weight

What no app, programme or supplement can do of course is give you the mindset, consistency and sheer ability to stick to a lifestyle that helps you not only reach your goal but to maintain them

happy Xmas Smile

I stay pretty steady since being on maintenance for a number of years. I tend to track occasionally just as check up on myself.

What can I put in my coffee?
I'm trying to keep my sugars down, but love flavored coffee creamers. Any creative ideas for low-sugar things I can put in my coffee to sweeten it up?
