First thing every morning before I shower. I find this helps me monitor better and keep me accountable as if I have gone over in Calories or Carbs the day prior it is usually reflected on the scales.

I step on the scales each morning as my coffer brews...I only log weight in once a week...but stepping on the scale daily keeps me focused...and it usually makes me anxious- I tend to weigh the most in the AM when I get up...

Hello Scott, I read your post, and that's what I do exactly! I only count one actual weigh in, and that's Sunday morning for me that's the one that makes my total for the week.

You're supposed to weigh once a week but I can't help myself...I weigh at least every second day. I walk as exercise and I wanna see the results.

I stick to my Monday morning weigh-in, always before eating/drinking anything and wearing only my glasses. I have no compulsions to weigh myself more often than once per week!
