Hi Anjanaghish,

What food types come under unnatural starch and yeast?
Could you be more specific.

Thanks

I'm 5.2". Mostly am able to maintain my weight between 120-122 lbs. But this year, I've been putting on lbs unnaturally despite working out, yoga etc. I went upto almost 134 lbs. I removed yeast, unnatural starch and lactose from my diet, and have come down to 126 lbs in 2 months. My goal is to reach 120 lbs by my next birthday, in May 2018.

Hi.
I am 5.4" and CW: 114lbs and GW:125 lbs

I especially want to gain muscle mass all over my upper body as I have a medium sized frame and now all my ribs are showing (front, back and side).

Goal Weight is anywhere between 95lbs - 115lbs.

If milk products are bloating you up, you should try using lactase enzyme tablets. Target has a small 32 pill box for a couple bucks. If you take 2 before you eat dairy and don't get bloated, It could mean you are lactose intolerant.

Thanks Crstlgls for recommending the Lactase Enzyme tablets, I still have to give it a go. Nice to know that something like that exists, feels like a simple way to work with the elimination process.

5 4 need to lose 30 lbs of baby weight to get to a weight I'm comfortable being (140). That's not even my pre baby weight either (before I had any kids at all). Pre baby weight is 120 lb 125 lb.,but I feel most comfortable, and that I look my best at 140 lb.

I'm 5'3 and according to calculators I should be roughly 101-110lbs, so that's the plan!

I can understand what you are going through. My mind thinks I'm still in my 40's, but my body tells me otherwise..lol
I am 67 yrs. young with my 4th back surgery performed the day after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately the Doctor had to abort the surgery when he realized my back did not fuse completely after my 3rd
surgery this past February. I did have a knee replacement in 2009 and feel great. It was the best thing I could have done. It's tough in the beginning but you will be so much happier down the road. Best of Luck!
I am also 5' 3 1/2..
