The reason I weigh twice a day is do to the fax that I will never weigh over 300 again. This keeps me on track.

Once a week is good! That's how often I weigh myself now. It used to be everyday, which I found discouraged me more than do any good.

I love the comment "give your scales to someone you don't like" 😂

I've tried every day, once a week or just weighing when I feel I've lost weight but weighing everyday is best for me - it's a reminder (or jolt!) to keep me on target for the day.

Once a week for me as well. The day to day fluctuations throw me off!

Every 50 days...it is too easy to lose hope when you reach a plateau. Every 50 days is good and you know if you are sticking to your regime. I can tell by how I feel and how my clothes fit.

It fluctuates for me, either daily or every 2-3 days so I can ensure I am consistently dropping the pounds. It's easy to catch yourself and make adjustments if need be to what you're consuming and how much activity you're getting.

I like the idea of weighing every 2 weeks. Any sooner than that and I think I would see too many highs and lows.

I don't worry about the scales too much, I just worry if my clothes are getting tighter or looser....

Every day before I have coffee when I first wake up and go upstairs to make it. I have a day I record my weight. Always a week apart............ahhh unless I have really messed up............. but God has been good to me and I have got the motivation to move my butt and get this weight off. Besides having a smaller appetite. (had a crisis situation over Thanksgiving so ate little) Now I don't want as much food to be full.

Because I use to be obsessed with weighing myself, I now only weigh myself once a week, on Friday afternoons, right before I leave for practice. This way if I weigh more than I expected to I don't feel too horrible because I am about to go exercise it off anyway, and if it's a good surprise then I am even more motivated to go work out with my team (:

Every morning so I can set my goals for that day, so I feel happy that I'm working on my weight, and can feel happy when my weight improves.

Once a week. Because my metabolism has changed quite a lot since I was in my 20's, when I could lose 2 pounds by just skipping a dinner. Now it takes a week and drastic reduction of what I eat to lose that much. In my head, it works better at encouraging me, than seeing no real result for days.

I weigh myself once a week in the early stages . This will give me time to see results and let me know if what I am doing is either working or not by the next week. As I get a handle on my new lifestyle and get a fruitful routine going I will change it to once every two weeks.

Not a bad weekend
You might need to get the inflamation down naturally by going on a low carb diet...worked for me...I can actually use my hands again for the first time in several years.
