I weigh myself every morning soon as I wake up. I read that it makes you aware of the right or wrong things you may have done. Keeps you disciplined. Helps me!Smile

I weigh upon waking up everyday to record. I don't ever really get hung up on it though. Just want to see where I'm at and if I need to adjust anything going forward.

I SHOULD weigh every day, But I don't have a scale at home. I usually have to wait till I get to work. And by that time I have had breakfast AND drank about a half 2/3 of a liter of water pounds of water.
1.5 liters of water weighs 3 pounds.
I think tomorrow I will go buy a digital scale as well as a digital FOOD scale. So I can stop guessing on my meat weights.
Anything that I can use a measuring cup on, I am solid. But things like poultry and ground beef and things like that, I cant keep guessing at. There is just too big a chance for an incorrect measurement. Well its 1519 and time for me to go heat up lunch/dinner. I finally feel breakfast wearing off and the beginning pangs of stomach walls touching. Time to eat.

EVERYONE HAVE A WONERFUL WEEKEND!!!!!

I weigh weekly.... Every Sunday morning, next door. I wear the same pj's every saturday night, and go over in my pj's. We weigh, record it, and sit for an hour or two and discuss the week, what we learned, new foods we tried, weigh in on here, and update our challenge. We have coffee and water. And enjoy strategizing about the diet. IF we "cheat" and weigh ourselves in the week, it only discourages us - as we do not have the same outfit on, it's not before breakfast, and usually doesn't show the progress like the same time, place, etc. as our Sunday morning weigh in.

Every Single Day (in the same exact way) - Get Up. Pee. Launch Coffee. Get Naked. Weigh In. Record data. Get Coffee.

The daily number can be a mind fcuk when you're in a deficit. Instead of focusing on the daily number, you may want to consider tracking a 7 day moving average of your daily scale weight to measure the impact of your diet. You also may want to consider periodically measuring the circumference of your waist, and ideally, body fat %.

I weigh daily BUT I watch with the level of hydration, muscle work, etc. I do not log my weight daily - I take averages over a 7-10 day period and just look for the downward trend and only log when I see I am consistently down.
If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.
