What to drink is a big problem as I do not like tea or coffee, I do like Whittards instant tea but they have stopped making my favourite flavours and they are full of sugar, not really into plain tap water so I put a little squash into it, I am trying to cut down on diet coke. any ideas please as I want to cut down sugar as much as possible.

water really is the best to drink. If you don't like plain water you can try jazzing it up with some fruit slices or mint leaves mixed in there. Strawberries, blueberries, lemon, kiwi.... possibilities are endless! check this link for ideas....

Try to drink plain water as soon as you get up in the morning with a empty stomach, then your body is going to get use to it and ask you for water all the time.

When I was trying to quit soda, I would drink flavored carbonated water like Perrier or La Croix. It satisfies my craving for something carbonated, and has some flavor, and you don't have to worry about the calories. They have a lot of flavors now too.

I drink a couple of bottles of PowerAde Zero everyday. I am sure its very unhealthy but makes me feel like I'm treating myself.

Hm. I remember something about diet sodas were actually bad for you. I used to drink soda religiously, but then I kept drinking water (you can do the fit&active flavor packets) and was off soda before I knew it.
