I'm not weighing in the month of February either, but only because we are traveling and no access to a scale. Otherwise I know I would not have the will power to stay off of them! I am going thru withdrawal and it hasn't even been a week yet!

I like to weigh myself when I wake up to see my start weight of the day, and before I go to bed to see how much weight I put on with food + liquid and stuff. Smile

2 weeks tomorrow since I've weighed. I'm feeling great and feeling in tune with my body. After over a year of eating this way I feel pretty comfortable in my "skin". One thing I've learned from past experience is to wear clothes that fit, not overly big sweats, for example. It really helps me to be aware of how my clothes fit and adjust accordingly. A number does not tell the whole story.

Everyday completely naked, so that I can keep my momentum going or learn from my mistakes or just shrug it off as being bloated!

I' saw one in Walmart once. But i think it was the last one. You can order online. That's what i did before i got onto phenQ, those made my diets useless. Oh, u know what? I can give you away mine

I find that if I weight myself everyday and follow the diet exactly my weight will still fluctuate and it frustrates me so much. At least once a month I can go back and look at my food diary and exercise diary and see what may have caused a spike in weight or whether I should continue the way in which I am going.

every friday morning first thing, unless I got surprised by a weigh in result, then i'll often do it mid-week as well.

Daily again, was trying to go down to once a week since I've stagnated but my scale keeps screaming for attention! I read real weight gain is going up at least 5 lbs so that calmed me down a bit. Just got to keep on logging my food, tracking carbs and watching my calories per day.

I weigh myself every morning before breakfast when I'm not sure of myself if I've eaten more than I should have done the day before. I normally weigh myself once or twice a week once in a routine.

About a zillion times a day it would seem. But I'm kind of nerdy - I have charts, tables, graphs and extreme logs of everything I do, everything I eat. LOL - I've gone so far as as to weigh myself before and after urinating, Bowel movements, and drinking coffee Smile But I agree with Prayerguru - my only weigh-in that I actually count on is daily, first thing in the morning.

Ditto. I remember so many people telling me not to look at the scale every day, the reason being it will easily discourage you. When I drop three or four pounds in a week, it's almost like a Christmas present...then I start doing the cabbage patch dance.

I said I wasn't going to step on scale till I finis this mini challenge. In 2 weeks. But the scale lured me into knowing. Yuch, up 2 lbs But normally, I wouldn't bother but every 2 weeks.

You might need to get the inflamation down naturally by going on a low carb diet...worked for me...I can actually use my hands again for the first time in several years.
