Any suggestions on where to keep track of Healthy guidelines ,Power foods,and activity points ?

I am a very independent sort so am not needing anything more structured than what is offered here at FatSecret. I find my own journaling and weigh-ins are all I need. I developed my own diet by reading and implementing the GenoType Diet. Then I add a weekly Spyke and have lost 32 pounds of fat, not water or muscle since April 1. And it's still coming off.

I am using the journal to track my healthy guidelines.I copy and paste this every day in my journal:

activity points
weekly points plus allowance 49
fruits and veggies 1 2 3 4 5
non fat-low fat dairy 1 2 3
whole grains
lean protein

Hope this is helps s with tracking.

I made a simply little chart with boxes to check off and posted it on my refrigerator. It is about the size of a book mark and I have the numbers 1-35 along the side to check off my weekly points allowance.

To measure, I put Olive oil (for example) in a tablespoon measure, and drizzle as I would from the bottle If there is still oil left in the spoon, I measure that and subtract.
