Hello all!

I was wondering if you guys could recommend any good tunes to work out... I've just started running on the treadmill and find it very hard. Maybe some good music would help me thru it. Any good albums/tunes to recommend?

Thank You!

Check out the "Music Lovers" group forum. There are song suggestions and several links to past posts on this subject.

Also, this link might help:

The songs used for the jive and quickstep routines are usually great for cardio workouts.

I have to constantly switch my music - I love new songs! These are my fabourites right now for running motivation. Their lyrics and beats are perfect!

Sweat - Snopp Dogg
All of the Lights - Rihanna (perfect for that last 1/2 km, it's epic)
Beautiful, Dirty, Rich - Lady gaga
Who Says - Selena Gomez

I was in the bank today. I heard Huey Lewis and the News singing "Hip to Be Square." I thought of YOU!" I could hardly keep myself still!

I started listening to progressive house music, like Bad Boy Bill, every time the beat would pick up I would speed up my walk to the beat and try to stick with it the whole time. This made walking kinda fun, like a game. I went from 157 to 127 in a madder of months.
