Question If you could grab a cup of coffee with your future self, what would you say to him or her? Stop for a second and think about that opportunity. The person you are going to become a year from now is sitting in front of you and is hanging on your every word. What do you want them to know about all the emotions, expectations and fears you harbored when you began this journey? How will you encourage your self to see the growth which occurred in your character as well as challenge yourself in those places that you let slip?

I would look at myself and say, "Good Lord girl. Why did it take you so long to learn how to cook? Don't you know that the coming generation is THIS CLOSE to losing out on the normalcy of eating good, healthy, fresh and nutritious food altogether? Now do your part. Don't quit now. Get crackin'!"

I'd rather have my future self come back and talk to me.

I'd like to know where I made poor decisions and what I could have done to improve my life and the lives of those I care about.

If I could go back and talk to my 18 year old self, I'd have lots to say about what to do, and more importantly, what not to do.

Unfortunately, my 18 year old self knew everything about everything. He wouldn't have listened and would have thought the entire experience was caused by some bad weed.
