I don't see anything wrong with a daily weigh in, as long as we realize it's going to vary quite a bit and it's the trend that will be most important, not the day to day fluctuations.

Weekly. I let my weight bother me too much to do it more often

Once a day, so I can make extra sure I stay on track if I did gain any or am staying the same too much, but sometimes weekly it depends on my schedule, but I have a scale that tracks my previous weigh ins so it's nice to have that and shows you what you are doing.

Daily.. but I think I shouldn't weigh myself daily to the fact that I'm kind of obsessed w/ that #. I know I'm doing good w/ my exercise and everything but that # doesn't drop like I want it too and then I get upset. We are to attached to that # on the scales!.

Weekly. It's all I think about if I do it every day. I stay on track knowing every Saturday I have to weigh in. Doing it on the weekend helps too, then I don't overdo it when going out Friday and Saturday nights.

I do weekly too, Saturday mornings. It's something to both dread and look forward to, and if I do it before breakfast it makes me think about what I'm going to eat. I'm normally good at eating right during the week but collapse at the weekend.

every other day for me! I get discouraged by the fluctuations but want to know where I'm at so it was a balance. FS has really helped me with this, if I feel disappointed in my less than 1lb weight loss and log in to record it, I love that FS lets me know how I'm doing when I record it, it has buoyed my spirits so much!

I weigh myself no more than 2x/week, you guys are correct, weighing can become compulsively obsessive. My wife helped me to figure that out as sometimes we don't recognize it because of how consumed we become with the thought of weight loss.

I was doing it daily but was obsessed with it so I knew I needed to put the scale away and will do weekly or 2x a month.

Be blessed

I do it daily at home, but I know the scale is way off, so why I do that I don't know. The one I take seriously is that the gym and I do that weekly!
Every day do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow-- unknown.

Once a week only! It's too easy to get hung up on the numbers. There have been times when the numbers dont always show what I expect, but I can still see or feel a difference.

The Wii does it daily for me but I only look at the BMI most of the time so that it don't get me to worked up on weight over loosing inches.
