Yeah, how cool would it look to list that for three minutes every day.

3 minutes every day? So 2 minutes every other week isn't normal?

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!

Russell, I impressed and very jealous. I need to show this to my husband because he REALLY needs to step up his game. My Bodybugg barely showed an increase, but even if we really went at it I suppose the 5 minutes really wouldn't add up to that much...Rolling Eyes

Someone mentioned setting up a challenge on this topic. Believe it or not there's the "28 Day Sex Diet". I think there's a book you can buy, but really isn't it obvious? Actually what I remember about the diet is you do it everyday, in every position you can think of or have the energy for. Imagine what THAT "diet" will do for your body and your relationship!

I think I saw in an article once that really going at it sex burns around 5 calories a minute. It is something burned so I agree it should be listed. But it is too funny to think about.

Is it wrong that I am now considering a Bodybugg just to see how many calories I burn?

Expensive gadget to find out calories burned doing the deed Laughing

I love my bodybugg... works great, but you have to remember to WEAR it. I tend to go through phases where I don't and the scale creeps up on me.

I did learn I burn a lot cooking.Rolling Eyes
