It isn't the fat at all. Nah, donuts, pizza, ice cream, cheesecake, pie, etc don't have more calories from fat than from carbs....wait they do? Delete the thread, we can't bad mouth our precious fat, it helps you burn more fat, it isn't stored directly as body fat....wait it is? DAMN.

I have a large goal that I split up into smaller goals. A prize set for certain milestones. My next one is at 150. Not sure of my prize yet. 😉

How do I change my height data?
Very old post but not happy that I cant change the settings on my phone version. Why not? Its 2019, this should be fixed by now. I had to have entered the wrong height because its telling me 1800 calories ...
