I started on the Noom program back in June, I think, and I have having issues with sticking to the plan. It doesn't help with the diabetic issues at the moment, and need more healthier choices without cheese...everything has to have cheese it seems like. Any advice?

Mine has gone down after a substantial weight loss. Perhaps yours is up temporarily. Are your alcohol/sodium/caffeine intake levels up at all?

Are smaller goals beter?
I have a large goal that I split up into smaller goals. A prize set for certain milestones. My next one is at 150. Not sure of my prize yet. 😉

How do I change my height data?
Very old post but not happy that I cant change the settings on my phone version. Why not? Its 2019, this should be fixed by now. I had to have entered the wrong height because its telling me 1800 calories ...
