I hope you reconsider how fast you should lose weight. 3.3 pounds a week is extreme and considered by many unhealthy. Hopefully you will level off to around 1-2 pounds per week. Lots of luck.

Absolutely, 3.3 lbs a week is a lot. I don’t think there is a specific target of losing the amount of weight a week unless you are taking weight loss pills. Along with a healthy diet and exercise, weight loss pills might accelerate your weight loss a bit fast.

Frustration
