Hello All!
I am a strict adherent to the Mediterranean Diet and I'm a very healthy 42 year old woman. I work out a lot and I'm very physically active. I would like to adopt intermittent fasting into my lifestyle and I'm looking for some tips, especially from those of you who workout early in the morning.
I really believe in moderation in all things, so please don't try to sell me on fasting for three days while only drinking tea. I plan on incorporating an 8 hour eating window into my daily life, between 11:00 and 7:00.
Any tips or tricks that made this work for you would be appreciated. Thank you!

I just wanted to say hello. I just started the same intermittent diet yesterday and I'm excited about it! Heard many good things even from nutritionists. Im also going to try Keto for a bit... but if not that Mediterranean.

If I learn some tips I will let you know. So far, the past two days have been easy!

I do not this there is much to it. Just cut out a meal.. breakfast or supper and that is it. I have been doing it for almost 18 months now. The one thing to watch for is to not overeat when you start eating.

I'm with the cut out a meal, I replace it with a 190 cal protein shake (dinner). I work out early in the morning as well and dinner is the easiest one to replace with a shake for me.

Fitbit
Hello all. I use a fitbit to track my calories burned and sync with fatsecret. The syncing isn't that accurate. For example, I burned 759 calories at fatsecret shows 659. Anyone experienced this?
