I started a new diet and exercise program last April. I began at 196lbs and was walking 2 miles a day, 3 days a week and a trainer planned workout 2 days a week. The weight came off pretty easily and I began to really tone up. In October, I was within 2lbs of my goal weight and began running. I used to run all the time in high school, college and my 20's, so I knew to start slow. I'm now doing 5ks again and have reached as low as 138lbs, but since I'm not following an exact meal plan anymore, I fluctuate between 138 and 141. I also have a more intense workout and have got some great lines again. I'm proud of myself and my hard work! It's also made me a happier person and a better person to be around because I don't feel as sluggish or depressed.

That's some real motivation right there. I've tried so much ways of losing weight such as hiring a trainer (that did not ended well because I couldn't move from the bed after every training, that was just out of my limits), I was also running with 3 jackets in summer, and that was going well but I did not eat what I supposed to. The last thing that I've tried was running, going to gym and keto dieting. In the last few days I lost 3kg which is phenomenal for me and I'm finally proud of myself. Finally I found healthy meals, eating as long as I want and losing weight. Here is the link if someone may find it useful https://www.digistore24.com/redir/273309/bratislav/

Best regards to all and keep pushing!
