Hello, I have never done anything like this before so I thought I might like to say hi. I have always struggled with my weight topping in at 120kgs, but then with hard work - and getting rid of an ex, I got myself down to 90kgs, after being sick through my pregnancy, I made it down to 75kgs and now I am sitting at 83kg. I really would like to be back at 75kgs and to stay there. I have just been diagnosed with diverticulitis and have made a move to a more fibre rich diet. I have a 2 year old that keeps me on my toes at home, but I work all day at a desk with the most movement being between the computer and the printer! I have a big butt and I like it that way, so squats, fire hydrants, bridges and heel kicks give me my daily exercise. I am a spiritual person and I believe that putting out positive energy returns you positive energy and I am married to my twin flame.
Anywho hope you are all having a wonderful day. Keep up all of the good work, its ok to have a slip up and not ruin the week Smile
