Hi all, I just wanted to tell you of my success when I signed up with StrongerU.com It's expensive, but it teaches you how to eat to lose and feel healthy. I've lost 35 lbs over the last year. I have a coach, and a Facebook group, and weekly checkins on an Excel chart. I am now on maintenance. I eat 115g of protein, 160g of carbs, and 58g of fat = 1644 calories for a 68 year old woman 5'5" tall 138 lbs. I can eat anything I want as long as I hit my macros. Wink

Yep, all about hitting your calories/macros. Glad that you had success.
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.
