I really just need to get off this weight loss plateau. I have been doing a lot of cardio, sit-ups, push-ups, and yoga. I just am unsure about weights because I don't know how frequently I should be doing it, how many reps, or which parts of my body to focus on...

I am not an expert. Maybe post in your journal. People on apps (which are most members) do not see the forum. You may have to share something about yourself since your bio is private. What I do know is that lifting is the current thing for most people. You can also check on line and on you tube. Many good recommendations on you tube. I do weights as well as working with body weight

Weights. More lean mass equals a higher metabolism. A better body composition is linked to improved health. You improve long term mobility and being able to take care of yourself as you age is huge.
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.

Do what you feel more comfortable with.

Exercise is good for you, so do what makes you happy.

Personally, I do yoga and run.

Good luck!

I'd also advise trying to get into lifting weights. Cardio usually burns more calories in the short term, but building more muscle is the better long term investment.

I'd say "get a trainer", but there are so many bad ones out there. Nothing really beats doing your own research. A program I think is good for everyone just starting out (except maybe those with a history of major injuries), is "Starting Strength". The diet advise is rubbish, but the biomechanical explanations of exercises and the workout plan is good.
