If I have the nutritional information from a recipe I've used, can I just enter the calories and whatnot, or do I have to enter the entire recipe and have the site figure the totals? I'd rather just enter the info myself, but I can't figure out how. Thanks!

Sorry - the only way I know how to do that would be to enter the recipe and make sure you tell it how many servings - then you can add it to your food diary.

And if you don't "share" it, then you will be able to update it as you wish (if you want to add or subtract an ingredient.) Otherwise, if shared, it's locked.

I also try to give it a distinctive name - for instance, if it for "Steak Diane" for example, I'd call it "B's Steak Diane" -- otherwise if there is something already out there, it will make you change the name of your recipe. Good luck! Joyce
