Ok, If you guys will help me out let me know if i'm doing a good thing?

I was drinking about 24 cokes a day that have 150 calories a can. i gain a lot of weight over a time spand.

I've stopped drinking coke all together and that lowers my intake about 1100. I've also started doing a 200 jumping jacks an hour for 10 hours.

Is this a good thing and will I loss weight?

24 cokes a day? I've heard of coke addicts but I always assumed they were talking about something else.

Holy shit. 24 cokes a day!! That's crazy. How long did you do that for? You should make sure you get a dental check up. There's the equivalent of 10 TSP of sugar in one can. That's 240 TSP of sugar a day!
That's FIVE CUPS of sugar a DAY!
Sorry, but holy shit, this is blowing my mind!!! I can't imagine functioning on that level of sugar and caffeine. Crazy stuff!

I would drink about 2 or 3 cokes an hour and I stay up about 20 hours at a time. I started this after a break up about 6 years ago when I was 170lb now i'm 230. I would be more, but I wrestle 3 matches a week.

I'm not pulling a joke, i'm really looking to get back to my 170. last night I stay up all night and did a 100 jumping jacks every 15 minutes until about 4 in the morning then i went to sleep at 5 and woke up at 12.

I have also started to drink nothing but water.

yeah, I was drinking so many because they didn't make me feel like i was getting full on them. I was drinking them like nothing. I was eating about 8 packs of noodles which are a 190 for a 1/2 block 380 for the pack.

So, I now that I have to lose some weight this week. Because if you add up all the calories my intake was and now that i've lowered it I should lose weight right?

You should, but do you expect to lose it all this week?

Steven, what good will it do you to lose weight if you drop dead from a heart attack doing all those jumping jacks & not sleeping?? Getting rid of the coke alone will make a huge difference. If you wrestle, surely you know more about healthy exercise programs than one would determine from your original post.

And it sounds like you know what the problem is already with the food calories, 8 packs of noodles in a sitting with 380 calories per pack. Has it ever occurred to you to find better quality food to eat that WILL make you feel like you're getting full? You stopped drinking crap, so that's a great start. Stop EATING crap & you'll be in even better shape.

Get some help from a buddy who's a trainer to put together a HEALTHY exercise & diet program, stop hoping for a miracle, & get to work.

There is a show called Freaky Eaters and 1 episode was about a female who would drink 30 cans of soda a day. To make it worse her dinner was doughnuts or Twinkies dipped in the soda. At end of show she still didn't give up the soda.

2:41am - 100 jumping jacks
3:15am - 100 jumping jacks
3:30am - 100 jumping jacks
3:45am - 100 jumping jacks
4:00am - 100 jumping jacks
5:00am-12:30pm - I was asleep
3:50pm - 150 jumping jacks
5:25pm - 150 jumping jacks
7:30pm - 150 jumping jacks

4 cups of water
1 pack of noodles at 5:00pm 380 calories
I just eat a very small dash of food (dont know the calorie, but I didn't eat no where near what I normal would)

For the amount of weight you are looking to lose (60 lbs), you are going about it the wrong way. You can't sustain that low calorie eating for too long. Your body will go into "starvation" mode and you will lose less and less weight until you eventually stall. Also, your body won't have enough energy and will resort to burning muscle along with your fat so any weight loss you see won't be all fat.

For losing small amounts of weight almost anything will work, but for 60 lbs, you will have to go in for the long haul. Eat more, workout lass, lose weight at a slower pace (2 lbs a week).

And eat some protein.

I keep enough food in my body to avoid starvation mode. I eat enough, I just dont eat nowhere what I was eating. Which you could say was over eating because I was eating until my stomach was somewhat hurting.

I think you need to see a nutritionist or start educating yourself because from this limited discussion it appears that you need a better understanding of food and how it effects your body, how it is related to your overall well being and emotions.

Just to add my 2 cents for what it is worth, if you say you wrestle, then I am sure you are around people that know how to lead a healthy lifestyle, without preserving themselves from the inside out with Coke. you do know what that does to rust on a bumber right??
But seriously, get some help from someone at the gym or a nutritionist. You'll be jumping yourself to some serious health issues if you done.
Congrats on droping the coke though!!! Good start!!
