Hi all, when inputting weetabix for my breakfast does it include the milk or do I have to add that as an extra?

They would never include the milk, some use skim some use 2% and some use hot water and berries and sugar. The nutrition facts are for the biscuits only.

Cereal regularly includes milk but it will also include the cereal alone. Skim milk.

It is usually cereal alone. And I use skim milk with it as I am trying to lose weight.

Since there are many different philosophies and entries here at Fat Secret, it can be important to look at the box to see what it is. Where I live 2% milk is included in the total but the boxes also show what the case is without the milk. For cereal it is also important to actually measure how much you eat with a measuring cup
