Need Motivation

so...I'm down 30 pounds, and I'm really proud of myself-however I'm currently stuck. I cannot get past this mark and it's killing any type of motivation that I have. I know that MY attitude is what is really what matters, but the people around me are truly starting to drive me into a downward spiral. If I complain about the a bump in the road, or it I don't show a positive respond to the tiniest thing I get attacked by coworkers.
This is causing my after work gym visits to be lacking, and making me just want to binge on comfort foods.
At this point I'm just beat down and depressed beyond all belief.
I need help. Any suggestions or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated .

I know it is hard to avoid co-workers, but look at your accomplished results. Trust me I know that stuck weight better than anyone. That 202 is the magical stuck weight (at least for me). I am older than you so metabolism is SLOW, so the good thing is, that you have youth on your side. If you keep doing the right thing, you will lose it faster than me. Just sayin! Smile Good luck!!! Put on headphones, and you can complain to us, we are not going to attack you ....promise!

We ALL get stuck at some point. We ALL lose motivation every now and then. We ALL get sabotaged and discouraged by our friends, family members, coworkers and sometimes even by our weight loss buddies. We ALL have events in our life that we cannot control. Some of us give up, some of us don’t. Even if you don’t give up, that doesn’t mean that you will reach all your goals and become perfect. It will only mean that you are working hard to improve your health, life (add what is important to you). You worked hard to lose 30 lb, if you give up now, you will gain them back. Adjust your mentality and let your body adjust to the weight loss. Keep working on healthy habits: gym, portion control, etc. Add another goal to your list “I will not let my coworkers have any impact on my weight loss”. If you don’t give up now, you will start losing weight again. Like with everything else in life, the choice is yours.

I'd say stop trying to socialize with shitty co-workers and get some friends that are supportive. Even better if they have similar goals and interest in a healthy lifestyle. When people tell you that you're the defining factor of your success, it does not have to mean you have to be strong at all times. I can also mean that you're responsible for the kind of people you surround yourself with.

Share here not with co-workers. Celebrate a .1 pound weight loss and don't worry about gain/loss/gain/loss. As I keep weight information daily it keeps me honest and I see the pattern. I am soon expecting the plateau but will keep on. Have to! I am stuck with joint issues so exercise is extremely limited to almost nothing. Keep exercising, keep sharing feelings here, not work.
