Anyone else out there using their Wii Fit? I am having a lot of fun, esp. with the hula hoop! You look like a fool doing it but break a good sweat. It does keep track of your weight and progress, but on the down side (or up side, not really sure which) it tells you how obese, uncoordinated, and weak you are. I like the fact that you can challenge yourself, and it records you so you can know when you are improving. I want to see my Wii me (oh and the real me) get thinner and healthierSmile

I have been seriously thinking about getting me a Wii and the Wii fit but I wasn't too sure if it would help or not. After reading your post, I may just have to give it a try. Thanks for the info.

I would love to try Wii fit if I could only find one! It sounds like a fun way to exercise especially if you have to stay close to home. Hopefully they will be easier to find soon.

I love it. I try to get at least 20 minutes in each day. I've become real good at the hula hoop games which is funny because I can't use one of those in real life at all!

Smile I LOVE my Wii Fit!!! Although my mii is OBESE, I am enjoying seeing her get smaller each time I use it, I love the fact that I can see my progress on the graph AND that you can add your other activites to the graph to really see how much work you are doing. I have managed to unlock everything so now I can't do all of the exercises daily so I am doing Yoga and Strength one day and Aerobics and Balance the next....I have mananged to get my wii age down to 20 a couple times. I think think this is the best fitness game ever!!!!

Glad to see that other people are having fun with the Wii Fit. I am still trying to unlock all the games (for those who haven't used one yet, the more you use it the, the more games are unlocked and available to play). I finally got my Wii age below my true age yesterday which made me feel great! Although my balance is still horrible and I can't believe that I can't stand on one leg for any length of time! Baby steps...

I love my Wii fit, although I used it religiously and havn't been on it for about a month now Neutral But after reading this I am looking forward to getting back to it. I love the fact that you can track your BMI and weight and also seeing my Mii get smaller. I think I got a little disheartened when doing the fit test everyday as my weight was going up and down. The yoga is great, I really enjoyed doing that. I've managed to keep my Wii fit age at 20-24 too, so atleast 2 years younger than I am which is a great motivational boost. I now want to go home and get back on it, thanks.

I've really been considering getting one too. Now that I've seen your reviews I just might do that.

I LOVE my wii fit!! It takes my tendancy towards obsession and turns in into something positive! Instead of turning to food, I now find myself obsessive about getting onto my wii fit and exercising!! And my family has a little competition going between several of the exercises, which is great... because the end result is some nights I can be doing these game/exercises for an hour or more and never realize how much time has passed!

The wii fit has really helped me step up to the plate and put my fitness first. It has been the best fitness product I have ever bought! I wouldn't trade it in for anything!

My only comment would be.... I wish they would have a step that is longer and faster than the advanced step, and I wish they had a boxing that was longer than 10 min.

The best part about wii is the downloading potential so I am hoping eventually the wii peeps will add an extension package that will include some longer faster and maybe even different exercises.

And has anyone got to the meditation exercise for balance?? Wow... It's amazing how much ya move when your sitting crossed legged! It took me several times to finally complete this task, when I thought I'd be able to do it first time out!!Laughing

Yeah, I would like it if they had a full workout program, such as a 20 minute yoga or something like that where you did not have to pick everything individually or does that happen later when you unlock everything?

I have to agree that I don't like the yoga piece on the Wii Fit. I prefer the yoga on Yourself Fitness, a dvd, or a class. Yoga is supposed to flow not be one move and then stop and choose another.

My hubby and I both love Wii Fit! While it was raining outside today, I did some Yoga stretches, played on the Tilt tables, and "jogged" around the Island Loop! Not bad for 59 y.o. LOL

Down 5 pounds in 20 days too. Laughing

I saw a Wii Fit cheerleading game on a commerical the other day, and now I want one so bad! I'd only seen the yoga advertized before, and I'm just not a yoga person, but I LOVED cheerleading, and think it would keep me interested and moving Wink

Very Happy Very Happy I love my wii fit. After a long day at work is nice to see my son waiting for me to play with the wii fit, so far I lost 3 pounds in a week and my son 5 pounds. But the best part is we have fun as a family and also lost wait. I recommend it to any person that like me does. Not like to go to a crowded gym after work.
