What is everyone doing for exercise today?

I discovered the rowing machine in the gym at work. It has games to encourage you to row fater or slower.

Planning on what I call HIIT (but it is not that intensive) Run, walk, run, walk. It is my cardio day.

I did the rowing machine again, and i got brave and used the new hoist machine to do some lifting. 1o pounds each side was heavy! and the bar itself weighs 15 pounds. not bad for a beginner. 3 sets of ten done and it wasn't easy to finish. I am weak muscled right now. i hate being sore too so i didnt keep going.

I think being sore is good as long as it is muscles and not joint. You need to to heal after and then when you do it again you are stronger. I did my run walk run. I will do strength today. I am working mostly with my own body weight and some dumbbells at the moment

It's that good kind of sore, lol. I do think tomorrow may be the real soreness test. I am not overdoing it, i will break into it slowly for sure. I have a two week vacation coming up so no machines to use at the work gym, i can walk though, a lot. And do more challenges in the living room. run-walk-run; are you in training for something? Last spring i did my first and only 5k, i want to do another one this spring.

Not training for anything but getting into shape so I can move and breath at the same time. Running and Yoga are my favorite exercises and right now I cannot do either. So working towards those goals
