Not sure if this is the right place to post, but does anyone have super itchy legs when they workout? I've been inactive over the winter for sure, but I went walking with my dogs yesterday for only 45 minutes, not fast or anything too intense but I had to stop because the itching was unbearable. Help! I'm am an awful finger nail biter, so I don't even really have nails, but when I woke up this morning my legs were covered in red scratches from yesterday. I even drew blood in one place. I'm thinking about taking an antihistamine before I go out today. What else can I do to keep this from happening again?
