Any advise? I’ve been sick for years, and there’s so much that hurts because of long term Lyme disease. I also care for a sick son while hubby travels for work a lot. I used to gently treadmill or swim at the gym, but I can’t leave the house. We don’t have a lot of space for me to walk in the house. The weather has been muddy and ick. How can I exercise and get my heart going cardio if I’m fatigued, sore, and can’t leave the house? Not sure how to do this other than some old Jane Fonda shows on 80’s cable 😁

Try - They are free and have routines for every fitness level. - this is a good start if you are out of shape. That should give you some ideas to begin with. Good luck.

I don’t know what kind of a TV/cable situation you have where you live, but ours has no end of exercise programs on usually in the early AM. Check yours, record and do when convenient. Ours have exercises for every level of activity you can image, seated, yoga, Pilates, killer active, disability, etc. check it out.
