Hey, just wanted everyone to check out my new challenge. I am over 50 and hate my large belly. I have tried many diets and exercise but I have steadily increased my weight each year. But I started two days ago eliminating corn, dairy, eggs, gluten, peanuts, soy, and sugar. I also drink 8 oz. Of Kombucha tea a day as well as other healthy foods. I'm not craving like other diets and have lost 4 pounds. The foods Eliminated are foods common to allergies. Healthy probiotics help heal the digestive system.

Simular to what I'm doing now. Very happy with the results so far and the total lack of cravings. I'm going with a Atkins/Paleo hybrid of sorts. If it's not Atkins it is at least Paleo and vice versa. Down 20 in about 6 weeks.
