Is it just me but my emotions play havoc with my eating habits

Yep, absolutely. And lately my emotions are a constant battle, so I eat all the time.

We eat to avoid. man, food gives you such a dopamine rush which can create a positive mood swing for a short time. Learning to overcome is the key. Working hard to figure it out!!

It is not just you. The only way I have been able to get a small handle on it is by letting things out. It has worked wonders for me.

pippy, that's great! I run, not so fast tho, I look like a camel running. ur ice cream for breakups oh lolol so true. (I don't know how I got a weight line down below)
LCHF Diet. Lots of vegs & a few fruits. Eat when hungry. Walk a lot. Prayers.

all eating is emotional ie if i dont eat i die ..... lol
