Is there anyone on here that does Buti Yoga and follows the grain free/dairy free diet? Do you use Golden Ratio protein powder?

Or is there anyone that knows a lot about protein powders?
As part of this lifestyle, you do a "Wake and Shake" and you're not supposed to eat again until lunch time. It's supposed to fill you up and give you energy.

Problem is....I do it within 10 minutes of waking, like you're supposed to and within 2 to 3 hours I'm so hungry I could eat someone's face. Like angry sad emotional hungry. Does anyone else experience this? Does anyone know why this might do this to me? Everyone else I know that does it is fine...and if I skip eating I'm fine. If I eat anything else I'm fine.....

product info form the website:

grain-free, dairy-free protein powder boasts 30g of a proprietary non-gmo pea protein and collagen blend with an additional 500 mg of collagen peptides per scoop! This well-rounded protein supplement also includes pre and post-digestive enzymes and BCAAs to help you cleanse the digestive tract and convert fat to lean mass at the highest possible rate. This product is COMPLETELY FREE of artificial sweeteners, flavors or dyes.

Golden Ratio is the only coconut-sweetened protein powder on the market. Dr. Oz touts coconut palm sugar as "the way to prevent blood sugar crashes that make you hungry and gain weight." High in potassium and magnesium, coconut palm sugar is even safe for diabetics!

I get that feeling after water aerobics. Almost desperate for food.

I know this is like 7-8 months ago but wanted to share my exprience with “wake & Shake”.
I actually love Golden Ratio and when I do use it, I do it within 10-15 minutes of waking then about 20-25 minutes later I will have a coffee either with just full fat cream or a keto-ish /bulletproof-ish coffee with cream and grass fed butter and that keeps me seriously full for up to 4-5 hrs. It does take some time to get used to but I noticed that that’s when I’m doing best.
Since it’s been a while from your post I’m curious how you’re doing with Golden Ratio.
Just getting back to it as well as Buti after a 4 month hiatus so I’m excited.
