Hi! Happy New Year! I am Carol and am new to the sight. Is there a set amount of calories, carbs, protein & fat that I should limit my self to? I love the bar code scanner!

it depends what type of diet you may be following.
If you aren't following any diet just eat as best you can, and if you think you are consuming too much of something e.g carbs...just cut back

it shows you at the bottom of your food page how much of those things you are ingesting each day

as for the calories, that is limited to your RDI, you should try to eat less than that if you want to lose weight, more if you want to put on weight

What type of way of eating is your plan?
