The answers are completely anonymous and I will not post any names, just the reactions.

The questions are:
Does the applicaties look nice an inviting to use?
Is the application easy to continue with, is it motivating you?
Is the application stimulating you to use?
Does it take much of your time?

And the biggest question: Is fat secret helping you to lose weight?

I really hope for any reactions and feel free to say more!!

5. YES! I lost 50 pounds two years ago, because fatsecret made me pay attention to what went in my mouth. Though I needed the motivation before it became so helpful.

Take small portions....it helps and once u get used to it, u dont miss eating more...cooking a small amount also helps so theres no leftovers..
