I am crippled as well and almost gave up. I am a hip patient and spine patient as well I know this sounds odd but I picked up something called hip hop abs. I can't hop but I can do all of the rest of the moves and diet. I have lost 31 lbs. in 16 weeks. That's 2 lbs. a week lost. I'm pushing for l35 now. It's not easy but well worth it and fun too.
