Does anyone have any suggestions on how to count breast feeding as an exercise or at least account for the loss of calories in fatsecret? I would like to have a record of it some place and just started using the site yesterday.

I think 500 calories per day for breast feeding if you can breastfeed normally. I read it somewhere long time ago.

For me, I dont have much breast milk even thought I am breast feeding , so I used to count less than that.

Hope it helps.

I Also read somewhere 500-700 calories , but if you log it on fatsecrete I think you need to log it as other and just use the 500-700 calories as record.

Maybe you can set your activity level higher to account for it..
