Can anyone tell me why there is no water aerobics, or water walking in the exercise listing?? Those are the things I have to start with (really bad knees) but I have no idea how to log the calories burned Sad.

I looked online and found these:

Aerobics, water
Activity (1-hour duration)
402 calories burned for 160 pound person

or you can put your weight and length of time in this:

Thank you Pensk8r, I was beginning to wonder if I'd find anything.

Beachgranny3, first, I LOVE your screen name. Although I live in Ohio, I love the beach (which I only get to go to once a year)and I'm a new granny, so I feel like I've already met a kindred spirit!
