I've been using a hand grip for the past couple of days. Whenever I'm watching Netflix or listening to music, I've been using my hand grips. I typically squeeze each hand for two seconds and then release. I try and do it for about half an hour. I was just wondering if anyone would know a range of calories this would be burning. I don't mind if its little to nothing, I just would like to have an idea of what I'm burning so I can record it. Thanks for this community's help!
