Hi All:
I'm relatively new to this site - don't use it as often as I should and I'm looking for more like minded individuals like myself to help motivate and share ideas with. I'm looking at getting down to my ultimate goal weight of 70 kg. Please let me know if you're interested in helping.

Everyone here is in the same boat dude. Just "real" through the comments and achievements and relate directly to what affects you bro. everyone in this place (i sincerely believe) is here to help one another achieve what they desire to achieve. Snapa

Just Starting my diet
I'd say it is good to be at 95% of your calories because that way if you get hungry you still have a little left for a snack.

Don't be scared of Miller High Life beer
Calories are what matter. People should be afraid of alcohol because it lowers willpower to stay away from calorie dense food. It's fine in moderation.
