IMHO... only with a glass of milk. And yeah, I'm hooked. Especially if they're double stuff. So I don't keep them in the house.

Right on! Classic. Take away milk and I get rid of five or more bad eating addictions in my life.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

That was either on the news or in the paper this morning because DH said the same to me... 'Did you know they Say Oreo's are addictive as cocaine?' My response was kind of a 'duhhhhh, no kidding.' He said now that it's been declared they'll be urine testing and putting warning labels on the bag. So I have to wonder which rocket scientist out there finally read a FS journal. We've all known THAT for YEARS Smile

We've been genetically programmed to like fat and sugar as high-density calories to help us survive. Ergo, our bodies respond positively to Oreos (and donuts and cheesecake).

It annoys me, though, when people blame food companies. They're not drug peddlers; they just make products we want to buy. Big food companies honestly try to sell "healthy" products. The truth is that those foods rarely taste as good (see genetic disposition above) and are often more expensive. Hence, everyone buys the Oreos instead.

Should I take a rest.
No no you aren't doing it wrong! OMAD is just fine as long as it's sustaining you and your energy needs. I'm saying to only have maybe one cheat meal for one of your OMAD meals per week. ...
