Watch your processed carbs which contain a lot of sugar (cereals, breads, tortillas, etc). Even "fat-free" products replace the fat with sugar. These foods also contain a lot more calories and even consuming a little can really add up during the day.

Someone else posted this excellent video (only 18 minutes) on sugar and it's affect on our weight. I recommend it. Since eliminating these foods from my diet, I no longer have strong cravings and have lost a lot of weight.
