Hi All....
Could someone please advise as to what is considered a Low Carbohydrate intake on a daily basis...I understand everyone is different but an idea would be good as guidence..thank you in advance...

A low carb diet means that you eat fewer carbohydrates and a higher proportion of fat. There is an app to help you monitor your carbs intake. As a tip, always check the nutritional facts.

What foods fall under 100 grams of carbs? Geez, that's very challenging.

morning i was gave 2000 calorie to loose weight ,is this too much. i am 5ft2inches and weigh 14 and a half stone.can someone help me please;)

If it's not something you can stick to, you're setting yourself up for a derailment. Fat loss comes down to calories in vs. out so you may as well practice a plan that is sustainable.
