Frustrated and stuck

I need advice! I've been stuck at the same weight for 10 days. I go up a pound, down a pound. Essentially at the same weight.. my calories are below 900 all of those 10 days... I'm so frustrated.. I am interment fasting 17 hours with a 7 hour window. Thoughts anyone?

When I'm having this problem, I'll spend a day or meal eating something that would make me gain weight. Immediately afterward, fast for 16 to 22 hours. Then eat something with high fat and good protein. No carbs. After that, I start to lose weight again. Also, I've always had weight problems, even when I was a child. The only things that would work, most people would call "drastic".

These is also some other medical usage for steroids also, but not to write to much about it. Steroids became popular because of bodybuilding. They are still a taboo today, but they are becoming more popular every day.

TRY: 1/ not eating anything (plain or lemon water okay) after 7pm local time; 2/ start lifting weights...not very heavy & not many sets, 1 set of 10-12 reps for just 2 muscle groups 4-5days per week will work; 3/ pilates - modified and just 15-20 mins M-W-F or T-TH-SAT will work also; 4/ stop drinking any soda whatsoever; 5/ have a twice or 3X per month cheat day (but dont go to crazy with them).

Any of these 5 will work alone; all 5 combined will really shake it up.

It does not have to be 1000 steps or anything like that. Start with small things such as walking in the park. From there, build momentum and improve daily. Weight loss should be enjoyable and rewarding at the end. Also, small habits such as keeping fruit in the fridge and healthy snacks such as roasted almonds could give you a huge payoff in the long term.

One other thing that can help is starting a diet journey with a written plan and a journal. You want to come up with a system that you can follow and adjust based on your situation. I keep a list of exercises, progress and food recipes that help me with my diet.

Put bottle with sauce/dressing on food scale. Tare the weight to 0 Pour amount you desire on food or salad. Put back on scale, which will show a negative number. That number (I measure all items in grams) ...

No no you aren't doing it wrong! OMAD is just fine as long as it's sustaining you and your energy needs. I'm saying to only have maybe one cheat meal for one of your OMAD meals per week. ...
