127, i am large frame and 60 years old. i weighed more when I lifted weights and ran obsessively, but I can't keep that up anymore (too many prior injuries). May have to adapt this up. I'll wee when I get there.

I'm 62 and have been morbidly obese most of my adult life. 5'2" started at 180, now 164, would like to reach 145. Dream weight 135. My big fails are alcohol(beer), stress eating, depression and grief. Using Covid self confinement to try and get it together.

I am about 163 cm (5'3) and currently I am 70/71 kg (roughly 155 pounds). I should technically be around 55 to 65 kg max. In 2018 I was able to get from 70 to 65 but then 2019 happened and I gained the 5 kg back - however I realized I lost it because I was eating unhealthily and skipping meals etc due to exam stress. I now want to lose weight and ideally get to 50ish kg however I plan on doing in increments of 5 kg. I really hope that by being more active and more aware of what I eat I am able to lose the weight - it's actually such a mission to know how to lose weight in a healthy manner so at this point it feels a little bit like I'm winging it. Lol wish me luck!Embarassed Very Happy

It is not unusual for a young teenager to pack on some extra poundage just before a major growth spurt. Don't be to hard on yourself. Now is the time to learn and practice smart eating habits, and work on your posture, plus build some regular exercise habits into your day. Even walking to the mailbox and back a few times, or walking to dog a couple times a day will help to develop good habits.

I am also a teen and I'm 123.4 lbs, which is kind of funny. I'm a shapeless and very tall, skinny stick and hope to get a bit of muscle but otherwise, I am completely happy with my shape and weight.
What do you guys recommend I do to hit my goal? I am doing yoga and training for a 10k by the end of this year, and I only drink soda or have sweets on those rare occasions when we have guests. I am trying my best to be healthy but it isn't easy for me to get muscle.

Shakira is 5,2". I am also 5'2". But I weight 135 pounds instead of 116 pounds. I don't particularly set a goal weight. I set a waist goal and my waist goal is 26" and I am now 28"

Serena - you don't need to lose weight, you're a mesomorph and anybody would want your awesome body shape (and the hair). It's cool that you want to do something but I love the way you are! You don't need to lose, just maintain in my opinion. You're beautiful.

I'm 59 and have put on close to 20 lbs in the past 2 years. I exercise 5-6 days per week and make sure to get my 10,000 steps daily. But I can't drop a pound for the life of me. I am currently 140 and would love to be 125 again, or even to just lose the love handles would be amazing.

Just remember that weight loss equals calories in verses calories out. It consists of 90% calorie intake and 10% exercise. Try counting your calories.

I am 63" used to be 64" but have shrunk. Goal weight is 130 my max weigh was 175# but now at 160 more due to illness than diet. Bigger concern is %body fat which is37% based on Zone calculator bc my waist is a whopping 38"!
Even though lost lbs seem to have lost muscle mass and gained fat, so clothes not any loser.
Last recorded waist was 33" maybe 5 years ago.
So will keep on calorie cycling diet but add weight training and ab excersize.

I'm also 5 foot 3 and a half. My goal weight is 135, but that's because I am 60 years old and am not worried about looking good in a bikini! When I was young I weighed 110 pounds and looked great in a bikini! Only 17 pounds to go...love this tracking plan!

125 I used to be 115, but at 43 I'm trying to be more realistic, I'm a curvy build anyway and really just want to loose my weight in my waist.
